Giving your children an opportunity to talk about the "Highs" and "Lows" of their day, assists with creating a bond that children cherish and one that helps them to feel safe and loved. 

Conversation Cards are a great tool for family dinner time. Set the cards in the middle of the table and have each family member choose a card and read out loud.

Have your kids choose one random card as a bedtime routine or your child may choose one special card to discuss with you when something that is on their mind.
